Projects that fall under this category will be broadcasted either Locally, Regionally, Nationwide, or Internationally. These projects can require licensing fees for long periods of time. For example, if your project is a paid commercial on the tv, radio, or internet, you would need to pay the licensing fee to air it for 1 or 2 years or a complete buyout. A buyout allows you to run it however long you want without any extra licensing fees.
